Pro Stylez Entertainment, LLC is a professional event entertainment company based in Clifton Park, New York. We provide DJ, MC, karaoke, trivia, photo booth, outdoor movie, lighting, and related entertainment services throughout the Capital Region and beyond.

• Event details (date, venue, event type, preferences)
• Payment information (processed securely by third-party processors — see Section 5)
• Music preferences, do-not-play lists, and planning information submitted through our client portal

2.2 Information Collected Through the Pro Stylez App

When you use the Pro Stylez app, we also collect the activity needed to run live shows and app features:

• Song requests, favorites, playlists, and wishlist items
• Karaoke sign-ups, performances, and game participation (trivia, bingo, and similar)
• Tips and VIP membership status (payments processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
• Reactions, dedications, and other content you submit during shows
• Device location, ONLY with your permission, to find nearby venues or detect your arrival at a venue for features you've turned on; you can revoke this in your device settings at any time
• Camera access, ONLY with your permission, to scan QR codes; images are processed on your device and are not stored by us
• Push notification tokens when you enable notifications

If you use the app without an account, your requests are associated with an anonymous handle rather than your name.

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our websites or use our apps, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• IP address and approximate geographic location
• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Referring website or source
• Pages visited and time spent on each page
• Date and time of your visit
• Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)

Mobile information and text messaging consent are never shared. We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or your SMS consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information is used solely by Pro Stylez Entertainment, LLC to send you the messages you agreed to receive. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data is not shared with any third party except the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf.

Our website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics collects information about how visitors use our website using cookies and similar technologies. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We have configured Google Analytics with a 14-month data retention period.

4.3 What's Visible to Other Guests and Venues

Some app activity is social by design. Your stage name (or anonymous handle), reactions, and karaoke participation may be visible to other guests in the app and on venue screens during live shows. If you don't set a stage name, you appear under an anonymous handle. Public profile pages exist only for users who choose a stage name.

4.4 Legal Disclosures

We may disclose your information when required by law, in response to a valid legal process (such as a subpoena or court order), to protect the rights and safety of Pro Stylez Entertainment or others, or to prevent fraud or illegal activity.

4.5 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of Pro Stylez Entertainment or its assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this policy.

5. Payment Processing and Financial Data

We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, check, and cash. We do not store your full credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive financial information on our servers. All electronic payment transactions are processed by the respective third-party payment processors, each of which maintains its own security standards and privacy practices.

When you make a payment, you are subject to the privacy policy and terms of service of the relevant payment processor in addition to this policy.

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience, analyze traffic, and support our marketing efforts.

• App notifications you've opted into (such as new-song digests or request updates)

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing email, or by emailing info@prostylezentertainment.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. Push notifications can be turned off in your device or app settings. Transactional messages related to an active booking or contract cannot be opted out of while your engagement with us is active.

7.1 Text Messaging (SMS)

We send text messages only to people who have given us their mobile number and affirmatively opted in — by checking a consent box at one of our event or bridal-expo booths, on a form on one of our websites, or from within their Pro Stylez client portal account. We record the exact consent wording shown, the date, and where it was given.

Messages may include booking confirmations, event and payment reminders, planning reminders, day-of event details, post-event follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers such as a discount won at one of our booths.

• Message frequency varies, up to 6 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply. Pro Stylez Entertainment does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to book us or to receive any prize, discount, or offer.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share, sell, or transfer your mobile number or your messaging consent to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to:

• Provide our services and fulfill our contractual obligations
• Comply with applicable legal requirements (generally 7 years for business records under New York law)
• Maintain records for tax, accounting, and dispute resolution purposes

Website analytics data in Google Analytics is retained for 14 months. App account data is retained while your account is active and deleted or anonymized after a verified deletion request, except where retention is required by law.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

Our websites and services are intended for adults aged 18 and older; the Pro Stylez app requires users to be at least 13 to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Features involving alcoholic beverages are restricted to guests of legal drinking age (21+). For school and youth event services, all inquiries and contracts are handled exclusively with adult administrators, parents, or authorized organizational representatives.
