Contest Format
How It Works
Every Pro Stylez karaoke contest follows the same format — fair, fun, and open to anyone who wants to step up to the mic. Here's what to expect when a contest is announced.

Sign Up
Register online or in person before the sign-up deadline. Entry fee is paid the night of the event at check-in. Spots are limited — first come, first served.

Pick Your Songs
Each contestant performs two songs of their choice. Songs must be karaoke versions and appropriate for a public audience. Come prepared — know your songs.

Perform
Performance order is randomized once sign-ups close. Take the stage, give it everything you've got, and work the crowd. This is your moment.

Winners Announced
A panel of judges combined with audience response determines the winners. Prizes are awarded at the venue at the end of the night.
Contest Guidelines
Rules & Judging
These are the standard guidelines for all Pro Stylez karaoke contests. Specific rules, prizes, and entry fees may vary by event and will be clearly posted with each contest announcement.
Performance Rules
Each contestant performs two songs of their choice.Both songs must be karaoke versions from our songbook or a pre-approved catalog.
Content must be appropriate for a public audience — no hate speech, excessive profanity, or sexually explicit material.
Performance order is randomized once sign-ups close. All contestants will be notified of their slot.
Contestants must be present and checked in by the posted sign-up deadline to compete.
Entry fees are non-refundable once paid at check-in.
Must meet the venue's age requirements to enter and attend — typically 21+ at bar venues.
Contestants agree to be photographed and/or filmed for promotional use by Pro Stylez Entertainment.
Judging Criteria
Vocal AbilityPitch, tone, control, and overall singing quality.
Stage Presence & EnergyConfidence, performance style, and how you own the stage.
Crowd ResponseAudience engagement — bring your squad and get the room behind you.
Originality & StyleSong choice, delivery, and your unique take on the performance.
🏆 Winners are determined by a combination of judge scores and audience response. The exact scoring breakdown will be announced at each contest.
Vocal Ability
Pitch, tone, range, and control. Can you actually sing? Show us.
Stage Presence
Energy, confidence, and how you command the room from the moment you step up.
Crowd Response
The audience matters. Pack the room, get them on their feet, and make some noise.
Originality
Song choice, delivery, and your own personal spin that makes the performance unforgettable.
Age RequirementsMust meet the venue's posted age requirement to enter and attend. Bar venues are typically 21+.
Entry FeeEntry fee varies by contest and is collected at check-in on the night of the event. Non-refundable once paid.
