Venues
Most venues require proof of liability insurance before allowing any vendor on-site. Download our COI directly from the button above and submit it to your venue's event coordinator. If your venue needs to be listed as an additional insured, contact us and we'll arrange a custom COI at no charge.

What We Carry
Our Coverage
Pro Stylez Entertainment maintains active insurance policies year-round. Here's what's covered — and what isn't.
General Liability Insurance
Our general liability policy covers bodily injury and property damage arising from our operations at your event. This is the coverage most venues and planners require as a condition of hiring any entertainment vendor. Our COI documents this policy and can be customized to name your venue as an additional insured.
Equipment Insurance
Our professional DJ and production equipment — sound systems, lighting rigs, and all gear we bring to your event — is covered under our equipment policy. This protects against loss or damage to our own gear during transit and at events.
Not Currently Offered
Equipment Rental Rider
At this time, Pro Stylez Entertainment does not offer an insurance rider for client equipment rentals. If your event requires coverage for rented equipment, please speak with your venue or event planner about arranging a separate policy for those items.
Additional Insured Status
If your venue or organization needs to be listed as an additional insured on our policy, we can provide a custom COI at no additional charge. Simply contact us with your venue's full legal name, address, and any specific language required — we'll handle the rest.

If the standard COI download isn't enough and your venue needs to be listed as an additional insured, here's exactly how the process works.

Contact Us
Email or call us with your venue's full legal name, address, and any specific COI language or requirements your venue has provided.

We Process It
We contact our insurance provider and request a custom certificate listing your venue as an additional insured. No cost to you.

You Receive It
We send the custom COI directly to you, your venue, or your planner — whichever is most convenient — typically within 1–2 business days.

Done
Submit it to your venue and check that box off your list. We'll keep a copy on file for the duration of your event.
