Inquiry & Availability
You Do
Send us your event date, venue, and what you're celebrating. The more detail the better — but even a quick message gets things started.
We Do
Confirm availability, make sure we're the right fit for your event, and answer any quick questions you have about our services and packages.
Outcome
If we're available and it's a match, we move to the contract. You'll hear back from us promptly — usually within 24 hours.

You Do
Review and e-sign your agreement through our client portal. The contract outlines your services, event times, setup details, and all policies — read it carefully.
We Do
Send your contract through ProStylezTools.com, lock in your service package, and share all the next steps so you know exactly what to expect.
Outcome
A fully executed agreement that protects both parties and clearly defines every detail of your event before money changes hands.
💡 All changes to services must be agreed upon in writing. Verbal agreements regarding changes are not binding — this protects you as much as it protects us.

Deposit & Date Lock
You Do
Pay your deposit within 14 days of signing to officially reserve your date. Payment can be made by credit/debit card (4% fee), Venmo, check, or cash.
We Do
Mark your event as booked on our calendar, send a payment receipt, and begin preliminary planning for your event right away.
Outcome
Your date is officially locked and no other client can book it. The deposit is non-refundable as it reserves our team and equipment exclusively for you.
📍 Important: Your date is not held until the deposit is received. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances as it takes the date off the market.

Planning & Coordination
You Do
Complete your planning questionnaire and share your must-play list, do-not-play list, event timeline, and any special moments you want highlighted.
We Do
Help you build a music playlist tailored to your crowd, finalize your event timeline, coordinate with your venue and planner, and handle all the technical details behind the scenes.
Touchpoints
We'll schedule a check-in call around 30 days out and a final planning review 1–2 weeks before your event to make sure everything is dialed in.
💡 This is where your event really takes shape. The more specific you are about your vision, your crowd, and your must-have moments — the better we can deliver exactly what you're imagining.

Final Payment
You Do
Settle the remaining balance in full no later than 14 days before your event. Same payment options — credit/debit card (4% fee), Venmo, check, or cash.
We Do
Send a zero-balance receipt confirming full payment and reconfirm all event details — times, venue, setup logistics, and your timeline — with you and your vendor team.
Outcome
You're fully paid up, everything is confirmed, and all that's left to do is show up and have the time of your life.
📍 Note: Final payment is due 14 days before the event. Late payments may result in a $100 fee after 5 days, increasing to $250 after 10 days. Pro Stylez reserves the right to cancel for non-payment.

Arrive early, set up completely, sound-check everything, and execute your plan from the first song to the last. We manage every detail so you never have to think about the entertainment.

About Booking

How long will you hold my date?
We don't hold dates without a signed contract and deposit. Once both are received, your date is officially locked and off the market. Reach out early — popular dates fill fast, especially spring and fall weekends.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit card via Stripe (4% convenience fee applies), Venmo, personal check, and cash. All payments are processed through our client portal at ProStylezTools.com or our payment page.

Is the deposit refundable?
No — the deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. It takes your date off the market and compensates us for holding it exclusively for you. If you cancel 60 or more days before your event, all amounts paid beyond the deposit are refunded in full.

What if I need to cancel?
If you cancel in writing 60 or more days before your event, you receive a full refund of all amounts paid minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations fewer than 60 days out are subject to the full contract amount regardless of circumstances.

Can I make changes after booking?
Yes — add-ons, upgrades, and timeline adjustments are welcome and must be submitted in writing through your client portal. Verbal agreements are not binding. Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.

Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes — Pro Stylez Entertainment is fully insured. We carry general liability and equipment insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to your venue on request — including a custom COI naming your venue as an additional insured. View our insurance page →

Do you take song requests?
Absolutely — your must-play list is our priority. We also honor do-not-play lists. If you never want to hear a certain song at your event, just tell us and it won't happen. Guest requests on the night are always welcome too.

What happens if something goes wrong on the day?
We arrive early with backup equipment for exactly this reason. In the unlikely event of any equipment issue on our end, we'll refund fees prorated to any time lost and will always make every effort to provide a qualified replacement — your event will be covered.
